This comprehensive eight-week in-person/online hybrid program is designed to support long-term growth and continued reflection. As a team, we developed this program after recognizing that recovery is not static. Insight deepens over time, life circumstances change, and material that once felt abstract can take on entirely new meaning at a later stage.
This online experience was intentionally built to be revisited. Participants can return to the lessons, exercises, and concepts as often as needed, using it as a refresher, a reset, or a deeper dive when new challenges or milestones arise.
Grounded in clinical knowledge and lived experience, the content focuses on emotional regulation, relational patterns, accountability, and quality of life. It reflects the structured, person-first approach our team uses in everyday practice and offers a stable foundation individuals can return to throughout their recovery journey.
